Potty Training

This is what we have been up to all week. Not a good time...dont let his smile fool you. I was going to wait a little longer before we started but last sunday jack said he had to go poopie and we set him on the toilet and he went no problem.So I decided to go for it Monday morning. We went cold turkey with diapers and overall he has done pretty good. I hope it last. It is so much work! P.S.Jack LOVES his elmo underwear.
Hide-n-seek. Jack is laughing and not crying.
This is Hilary (erics little sister)she has never colored her hair and last night we did 2 shades darker all over. She was happy with the big change.

California Trip

The Angels game was fun. They beat the Minnesota Twins 6-3.


The boys passed out within 60 seconds of being in their car seats after we would leave the beach.
My sister-in-law Tamara brought these summer dresses back from Spain for all of us.

Riding bikes along the beach. Jack and Kyle loved it.

Eric got stung by a bee at the beach on his right wrist. It was swollen for two days.

Random Things

This is Clarissa Erics cousin. She has NEVER highlighted or colored her hair. She decided to get brave and make a change! Last night we gave her highlights. She was nervous and excited at the same time. I also gave her some more layers, she was happy and it turned out cute.

Subway Hike

On saturday Eric and a friend put together a group of 8 to go and hike the Subway at Zions National Park. It was me,Courtney(my BFF from california) Eric, Hilary(erics sister)Kent(erics dad)John and Trevor(erics friends)and a guy named Anthony Horrocks(who Trevor invited)who actually served in NC with me. Its a total of 9 miles long and even though its Monday and I'm still sore, it was the funnest hike I have ever done. On the hike you have to swim threw water, do some repeling and at the end you have to hike straight up to get out. The scenery was amazing. On Friday night we saddled up the horses and took the boys for a ride. Both throughly enjoyed it.






This is one of the parts of the hike that you have to swim to continue on. It was freezing!

July 4th

Jack loved the parade with all the candy and loud fire trucks.




After the parade they had games and races in the park. Kyle didnt do to much but look cute in the crawling race but Jack dominated in the 2 and under race. I was wispering into his ear telling him that daddy had candy so when I count to 3 take off running to him.

Jack found some girlfriends in the ward to play with.

These pictures were taken last weekend in Idaho at the Zoo. My little sister Becky and her daughter Allie came with us.

I finally decorated my front entry-way! I thought it was about time since we have been living in our house for almost 2 years.

For those of you who have ever stayed at my house....we finally replaced this in our guest bathroom.

This is Jacks birthday present. We gave it to him early.
Eric got me this hummingbird feeder for the backyard. He thought I needed a little more excitment in my day. So far, we have not seen alot of action.

We called our personal handy man(erics dad) to come help. Of course Jack was right in the action.

The other day Eric made shish-ka-bobs for dinner. Very tasty. Still enjoying the BBQ...Thanks In-laws.By the way, Eric said he was not trying to flex...only hide his shirt.
The other day I changed 6 stinky diapers by 2pm. What are my boys eating!
