Bunk Beds

We have some tools and a garage.
Number 1 helper.
And a bunch of wood. We are hoping to turn this project into bunk beds. Eric's first time...he will do great.

Pirate Party

The boys got invited to a Pirate Party a couple days ago put on by the Freil family. They did one last year and it was such a big hit. The boys seriously talked about it all year long so they were very excited to go again this year. Definitely a fun way to kick off the Halloween season.

Heather comes to town

It was nice to see Heather and my two adorable nieces yesterday. We went to Wheeler farm and then onto McDonalds for a delicious lunch. The kids had a ball together. Feeding the animals and getting on the tractors. Sure takes me back to my roots.



She was definatly the fun mom. She let the kids get suckers at wheeler farm and icecream cones at Mcdonalds. Good thing she came along.

Fall

My favorite time of the year is Fall and Halloween. We couldn't pass up these Pumpkins at Walmart today. For FHE the boys colored them.

BYU Season

It started last weekend. This will dominate our household for the next 10 weeks. Go Cougars!

Preschool

This week we started up Joy school for the boys again. It was my turn to teach and we had a blast.We talked about the letter G,color green, number 5 and Grandparents because Grandparents Day is on Sunday. It was so fun to have all the kids over again.
Letter "G" activities. Grasshopper jumping.
Garbage toss.
Growling.
Gurgling with water. This was by far the boys favorite activity.
Groundhog tunnel. It collapsed a couple of times.

The boys practiced writing the letter G and also thier names.

C-Section

I saw my doctor yesterday. Everything is looking good. We scheduled my C-section for Oct 20th!! Eric is happy because it's after Oct 15th, which is a deadline for Accountants. Kyle will be happy because it won't be on the 17th, which is his birthday. We are getting excited to meet this little Owen,Chase, Nyxon or Blake.

Star Valley, Wyo

We took our annual Star Valley, Wyo vacation last weekend. Well, it was actually Erics first time but for as much fun as he had I know he will definatley want to go back. My Grandma Batemans side had a family reunion. It was fun to see all my cousins and catch up. We went swimming, rode motor bikes,went to the parade and the boys got to shoot guns for the first time.And the guys went golfing

We put Jack in T-ball. He loves it. It's very cute to watch a bunch of 4-year olds run around not really understanding whats going on.

Happy Pioneer Day

We went to Butlerville Days. They started off with a parade. All the candy was definatly a big hit. Then we headed to the Carnival. Later that night we went back for the firework show. They had a live band playing during it which made it that much more fun.
There were lots of games, activities and bounce houses for kids. We didn't do them all. The boys loved pretending to be fireman. I think it was thier favorite.

Summer Fun

Today we went with some friends and drove up to Silver Lake. Its up Big Cottonwood canyon past Brighton Ski Resort.
Went swimming with my cousins yesterday at my aunts pool for 4 hours. We have been trying to enjoy the nice weather. It will be gone before we know it!

We went to a movie in the park last friday. They had games and bounce houses for the kids before the show. The boys had a ball.
Kyle visited an Allergist Doctor. Apparently he is allergic to tons of things. Carrots, peanuts and pretty much any animal with fur. Also, tons of trees and outdoors flowers ect. I now carry Benedryl and an Epi-shot in my purse in case of an emergency.Poor guy.
Head stands on the couch. I will find Kyle randomly doing this while he watches T.V.
They can definately tell my belly is getting bigger. They enjoy putting balls in their shirts to copy me.
Jack is doing great with no training wheels. Such a stud in his glasses.
A couple weeks ago I went to girls camp at Bear Lake and Eric took the boys to St. George. They went camping at Kolob with his Dad. They love riding 4-wheelers.
