July 4th Parade

Jacks 3rd Birthday!

Jack turned 3 today. We had friends and family come over. Eric made home-made root beer(which was great),I atempted to make an Elmo cupcake face. We borrowed an Elmo costume from my cousin Audrey(who made it) and had my brother-in-law Josh dress up for the kids. It was a blast. We gave Jack a bike and he got a lot of fun stuff from everyone. Thanks!! It was a fun day.

Father's Day

Love Fathers Day. I have been blessed with two great men in my life. Eric is such a great dad and hubby. Our boys adore him. We are so blessed to have him in our life. We had Eric's mom and dad over for a dessert then we went and visited his grandpa. It was a nice fathers day with family.
Gave Eric a Tackle box for fathers day. He was pretty excited about it.
This is me and my dad. He came for a short visit about 6 months ago. My boys loved playing with him. He is a great dad. I miss him alot.

We have really been enjoying our kids lately. Having two is so fun and thier ages are great right now.

Memorial Day and Snake

Monday we went up to Kolob with Erics family. The weather was great. Did some fishing, took the canoes out and Jack cooked his very first hot dog all by himself.We also went to my grandpa verns grave. It was interesting to try and explain to Jack what was going on.




So I dont know what it is about our house attracting wierd animals. I spotted this guy right by our house two days ago while I was out playing with the boys. Eric had just left to go running. My first thought was that it was fake,then it started to slowly head toward our garage door... which was wide open. I quickly ran and shut it and called our trusty neighbor the Stewarts over. I didnt want to touch it!! Jay came over with a shovel and tried to keep it close while we were waiting for his friend(who loves reptiles)to come get it. Eric finally came back and they tried to get it in a bucket because he was getting away. It was just a king snake but seriously, who wants this thing roaming around their yard where their children play!!??

Hogle Zoo

We took a short trip to SLC and took the boys to the Zoo. Way fun.

Train Ride.

This is what my living room looks like right now. I'm going to go take a nap instead of cleaning it up...does anyone else ever do that??!!

Mother's Day and Racoon

I had a great Mothers Day. Eric and the boys made me breakfast and Lunch. I got to sleep in and take a nice nap. At church they passed out chocolate donuts which were so good. I got a new pair of flip flops, a new bed spread cover and some nice cards. Eric also took the boys to the mall and they got some pictures taken which were so cute. It was so nice to just hang out with my amazing family. I am so blessed to have such a great husband and two healthy kids.The day would of been perfect if I could of seen my own mother. She is such a fun, great person and I miss her lots. I know my sisters in Idaho took great care of her. Hope everyone had a good mothers day!
A new pair of flip flops is always nice.
I love my new bed cover set. It just makes the room look alot nicer.
Two days ago when Eric came home from work he saw a baby racoon on the side of our house. He ended up catching it but it wasn't hard at all. The poor little guy was shaking and just wanted to be held. So we have been feeding him some milk out of a plastic bag and Eric made him a little nook to sleep in. We leave the door open to it hoping that he will wander out into the field behind our house or that his mom will come back and look for him. Its been two days and neither has happened!! He has decided that he likes us. Everytime we go out there he runs over. He likes to climb up our leg to be held or just hang out by our ankles. He really is a cute little thing but we have no idea what we are going to do with him.

Erics Birthday

We went hiking in Zions National Park for Erics birthday. Then his family came over for a BBQ. We had some amazing Shish-ka-bobs. This happened a few weeks ago and when I get around to geting some new batteries for my camera I will update on more recent stuff.




Cant get enough of these boys.

Sharing Time

Hey everyone. I am in charge of sharing time next Sunday in primary and I wanted to do something fun with the kids for mothers day. Anyone have any good ideas??!!
